It does look like hibiscus but can you tell if the leaf is rough (may be cocklebur), velvetlike (may be velvetleaf), or smooth (probably hibiscus)?

If you look at the phote closely, the petioles are opposite like a hydrangea. A hibiscus petioles are alternate. And the plant grew too fast for a hibiscus. My conclusion is a hydrangea.

it also resembles a Rose-Of-Sharon seedling. I have a tree in my yard that puts out tons of seedlings each year. Are there any Rose-Of-Sharon near your greenhouse vents? Rose-Of-Sharon is Hibiscus syriacus.

Another possiblity could be a Mulberry seedling.
