What is a good holding temperature for whites to keep them from turning yellow?

If you have the bract expansion and color you are looking for and the plants are ready for sale you can go as low as 55F and night and 58-60F during the day. If the plants have been grown warm to this point some whites will respond to the colder temps by turning greenish. If this happens you can play with the day temps and warm them up a little.
