Just wondering if anyone has used Dyno-mite on Poinsettias, if so is it to late to do so.
I have treated with Intercept but still have some whitefly. Last treatment was Oct 15th. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.

Dyno-mite might be a chemical that isn't available in the United States. What's the active ingredient, maybe we can compare to another chemical with the same active ingredient.

Thanks!

The active ingredient in Dyno-mite is Pyridaben.
I have found some info on the web and it does say that it works well and does not damage the colored bracts.

Thanks for getting back to us....

Pyridaben is the same as the chemical with the trade name Sanmite. Sanmite, when applied correclty, is safe to use on the bracts. It is labeled for control of several species of mites and whiteflies.
