I am growing strawberries 'N Cream this year in four inch pots. Do I need to pinch the plants when I am growing this variety and in this size of pot?

Strawberries 'N Cream can be pinched or left un pinched in a 4" container. It is a small sized cultivar with not very much vigor so if you do plan to pinch it should be done very soon to ensure that your vegetative growth phase prior to flower initiation is long enough to ensure an acceptable final finished height.
