Please let us know what fungicides you recommend applying immediately after the Rooted Cuttings for the poinsettias are stuck. We are located in Tucson, AZ, a very arid climate if that makes a difference. Most crops we apply Subdue Maxx and Chipco combined.

Hi Green Things!
There are many fungicides that can be used in propagation. Choosing one that has some broad spectrum control with an emphasis on botrytis is a good idea. When the temperatures are consistently about 80F the first week in propagation Erwinia can also be a concern so applying something copper based might also be necessary. Phyton 27 is usually a safe and effective choice. Other broad spectrum options would include Daconil, Heritage, Decree, or Chipco. |
