We have had poinsettias in our retail shop now for 2 weeks. We have all sizes from 4.5" to 10" I am not sure of variety as the grower did not specify. In just the last few days we have noticed on the 8" and 10" red, the small bracts at the center are showing signs of edge curling..puckering, and are turning white. What could be causing this? Can this be fixed?

Hi Jennifer - It sounds like your plants are suffering from bract edge burn which is not uncommon in the retail environment, especially if the grower didn't make preventative weekly foliar sprays of calcium as the plants were coloring up. Here's some more information on bract edge burn and prevention: Foliar Feeding of Calcium .
