To pinch or not to pinch-they are in the "urban gardner" pots with a trellis. 4PPP and I am going to tie when they are big enough. Will I get a better container if I pinch now? They were planted 11/25 in this ~2G container.

Yes, we do recommend pinching the pillars to enhance branching 2-3 weeks after transplant - it sounds like now would be perfect if you planted on 11/25. Subsequent pinches should not be necessary and once the new shoots are long enoungh you can tie them loosely to the trellis.
