I'm looking for rate recomendations of B-Nine on seed geraniums. I was hoping to only slow them down now and prevent excessive stretch without damaging or delaying the flowering. Any advice or insight would be helpfull.

Unfortunately we don't grow geraniums at the Ecke Ranch so we don't have personal experience to offer in terms of rate recommendations for B-Nine. Geraniums are also not specifically listed on the B-Nine label, though applications of B-Nine are not limited to the specified species listed on the label.
